Course Description

Burnout and self-care are topics that should readily be addressed in health professions; however, virtual exhaustion is a new experience for many of us.  In this course, we will discuss how and why virtual exhaustion happens and what you can do about it.  Symptoms and factors related to burnout will also be covered.  The importance of self-care will be considered and several self-care strategies will be identified for you to utilize with yourself and in your work with clients.
