Training
Individualized For YouIPA provides training to organizations and individuals upon specific request. Training can be scheduled at your location, at an offsite location, or at a facility that IPA has partnerships with. Training topics include, but are not limited to, trauma-informed care, clinical assessment, treatment planning, staff burnout and self-care, mental health awareness, and many other topics. Let us know if you have a specific request and we will strive to assist with that too. These individualized training courses are useful for mental health facilities, substance abuse treatment centers, physician practices, hospitals, dental offices, non-profit organizations, schools, and any organization serving our community. Training is about supporting staff and creating an informed and effective work environment, so it is also relevant for organizations that do not directly serve clients, patients, or customers.

We offer consultation for clinical and business matters (i.e., private practice, program development). Consultation can be provided by phone, at the Consultant's location, or the Client's site. Clinicians can request clinical consultation for specific client cases or for more general topics such as building on interventions/techniques to use with clients, developing professional behaviors, increasing self-awareness, or gaining more complex and integrative assessment and diagnostic skills. Additionally, consultation can be provided related to private practice, documentation, supervision, and other business logistics. IPA also provides consultation to organizations for development and implementation of new programs, evaluation of existing programs, and assessment for improvement of services such as clinical assessment, treatment planning, trauma-informed care, and specific policies and procedures.
